Our unique "incremental" importer, built in-house, allows for an initial testing environment, and a later catch-up import of new content. This reduces downtime when going live to a fraction of what a full import requires.
Conversion / Migration Prices From Another Forum To XenforoThese prices are for "vanilla" migrations which do not include Xenforo installation, style, design, and third-party add-on data conversion.
For forums using our delta import services, you can test, and work on the look of your forum prior to a live deployment. When your test forum is ready, we run the delta importer to "catch-up" changed content from your live forums, and then turn your test forum into your new live forum.

Forum optimization service. This includes setting up PHP opache, APCU, Redis or Memcache, basic MySQL or MariaDB performance tuning, Apache FPM optimization, and image optimization. |
Migration rush fee. All forum migrations must be scheduled first-come, first-serve. Our start date scheduling can vary from 2-6 weeks, depending on work load and forum size. If you need a migration sooner, there is a 50% rush fee. Depending on our current workload, we may not be able to accommodate all rush requests. |
Normally, migrations are made during business hours, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, US Central time zone. If you require a migration scheduled outside these hours, there are additional surcharges. |
Install and setup Xenforo Enhanced Search add-on. This requires root/admin access to your server to setup the Elastic Search database engine. |
All forum related prices are for "normal" imports. If you have a corrupt database, an exceptionally slow server, access method other than SSH, Litespeed Cyberpanel, DirectAdmin, WHM, CPanel or CWP, insufficient drive space to complete the import, insufficient PHP version, import across two servers, or other problems which increase the time required for an import, there may be additional fees.
- Any price quote is valid for 30 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse to work for websites operated by companies from countries ranked high for e-commerce crime or fraud.
- We provide email-based support for 14 days after forum migration projects.
- For any custom quotes, please provide us with as much information as possible about your needs.
- Projects may require a 50% deposit before work begins.
- Any non-English forum has a 25% fee added to the total, if there is no English language option in your hosting control panel.
- Price quotes are based on information provided to us. If your project has undisclosed material facts which affect the conversion, this will impact the price and scheduling.
