Forumotion or Woltlab to XenForo 2?

Do you know Forumotion Forums, because his support forum does not give access for my forum. Is it possible migrate one Forumotion?

We can import from Forumotion, but it will not have user email addresses and passwords. This because Forumotion does not give a copy of the database. We must crawl the site to make an import which does not include email and passwords.
