    For our hosting clients, emergency support services are handled 24/7 with typical response times under 4 hours during business hours. Response time varies outside of business hours.

    For non-hosting clients, emergency response depends on our tech availability. Those who are not pre-existing customers, there is a 2 hour minimum charge ($200 total) for emergency support, paid in advance.
