Maintenance does not include:

• Maintaining and upgrading custom themes.
• Resolving problems with 3rd party add-ons.
• Fixing bugs with Invision Community and add-ons, or problems caused by add-ons.

The Service may not be used to engage in or promote: illegal activity; any activity that would violate the rights of third parties; defamation, discrimination, harassment, hatred, human trafficking or harm of third parties.

You may not use the Service with any software for which you do not have a valid license.

You agree to indemnify Us from any loss or damage arising from Your breach of these terms provision.
