PHP 7.4

I would like to be able to choose version 7.4.x from my control panel to test addon compatibility l.

Well dang, I thought CWP had PHP 7.4. They only have 5.3 - 7.3. 7.4 is available in their beta version only.

A bit of a belated update, but PHP 7.4 was added in June and setup for all accounts we host.
