We are no longer working on servers that use the Plesk, WebAs or DirectAdmin control panel. You must be able to supply us with SSH access to the server if it uses one of these. Ftp and phpMyAdmin are not sufficient.
If the language of your control panel is not English, we will not work on your site until you change the language setting to English.
We used to make exceptions to the above two things, but we regretted it each time. These things make the working environment difficult for our techs, especially when it's a flat quoted project.
