Speed
Driven 2 has custom delta (incremental) importers for most major forum software, which can decrease downtime from hours or days to minutes. We have optimizations to full importers as well, to speed up the initial import for your testing environment. Our delta importer does a differential import, which only brings in changed data from the source forum since the initial import.
Most imports we can handle on your server. We can also stage a testing and development environment for your forum on one of our dedicated servers. We optimize these servers for high volume "write" loads typically encountered by forum and CMS migrations.
Conversion / Migration Prices From Another Forum To Xenforo
These prices are for "vanilla" migrations which do not include style, design, and third-party add-on data conversion.
For forums using our delta import services, you can test, and work on the look of your forum prior to a live deployment. When your test forum is ready, we run the delta importer to "catch-up" changed content from your live forums, and then turn your test forum into your new live forum.

This price list supersedes all previously published prices. The prices are for the first million posts with a $30 charge for each additional block of up to million posts. Custom theme work, custom data, complex user group permissions from non-stock user groups, and other non-normal items may have up-charges. Migrations on Nginx based servers have an additional $35 charge and require root access in order to change configuration files. Complex and custom Nginx URL redirect rules may incur additional charges.

Add-on Data To Xenforo Migration
Addon data migration is priced on a case-by-case basis. Factors include the number of items imported, the size of the forum, total number of add-ons imported and whether we are handle these as part of a full forum migration service, or as stand-alone. Contact us with details about your forum for pricing. For add-on imports which do not include a forum import, our minimum starting price is $100.

| 50% | Migration rush fee. All forum migrations must be scheduled first-come, first-serve. Our start date scheduling can vary from 2-6 weeks, depending on work load and forum size. If you need a migration sooner, there is a 50% (minimum $150) rush fee. Depending on our current workload, we may not be able to accommodate all rush requests. |
| 2x normal rate | Normally, migrations are made during business hours, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, US Central time zone. If you require a migration scheduled outside of these hours, the cost for any service is twice the regular fees. |
| $75 | Install and setup Xenforo Enhanced Search add-on. This requires root/admin access to your server to setup the Elastic Search database engine. |
All forum related prices are for "normal" imports. If you have a corrupt database, an exceptionally slow server, access method other than SSH, Litespeed Cyberpanel, DirectAdmin, WHM, CPanel or CWP, insufficient drive space to complete the import, insufficient PHP version, or other problem setups which increase the time required for an import, there may be additional fees.
- Any price quote is valid for 30 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse to work for web sites operated by companies from countries ranked high for e-commerce crime or fraud.
- We provide email-based support for 14 days after forum migration projects.
- For any custom quotes please provide us with as much information as possible about your needs.
- Projects may require a 50% deposite before work begins,.
- Any non-English forum has a 30% fee added to the total, if there is no English language option in your hosting control panel.
- $100 minimum work order.
- Price quotes are based on information provided to us. If your source software has changes, database damage or custom work, hosting server limitations or undisclosed material facts which effect the conversion, this will impact the price and scheduling.
