Compatibility test
You must have run and passed the Xenforo compatibility checker found here.
Current XenForo minimum requirements:
There must be at least as much disk space free plus 20% as the current forum installation. For example, if your current forum including attachments takes 1GB of drive space, you must have at least 1.2GB of space free.
Xenforo License Validation Token
We will only migrate sites with a valid Xenforo license. You can find, and supply us with the license validation token from the customer area on Xenforo: https://xenforo.com/customers/
We'll need your web site URL too!
Web Hosting Information
We'll need login access to your web hosting panel. This is typically CPanel, but we do support others.
If you don't have this, we will need SSH access. FTP or SFTP access is not sufficient.
Optional SSH Login Information (required for forums with over 2 million posts)
SSH Login is our preferred method of doing migrations. SSH allows us to handle the migration faster, and greatly reduces the time your current forum is turned off. If you have SSH and a control panel such as CPanel, please include information for both.
SSH accounts must either have SUDO privileges, or it must be the same user name as the files in your current VBulletin installation. This is so we can set directory permissions properly in Xenforo, and so images/directories created during the import process work correctly.

We'll need the SSH host name or IP address, username and password. If the port is different from 22, please let us know the port number.
vBulletin Information
We'll need your vBulletin version number, a list of all VBulletin add-ons you want us to import data from into Xenforo, and a vBulletin admin user id and password.
Xenforo
We'll need a copy of the "full" Xenforo installation zip file if you're also purchasing installation service. For addons, if you're purchasing installation service for those, we'll need their zip files as well.

- MySQL: 5.5 (MariaDB / Percona also compatible)
